Starting her vacation day off right, Vanessa was spotted grabbing up some breakfast in Hawaii on Friday (October 15). Joined by their mother, the “Sucker Punch” babe and sister, Stella, made their way to a table while donning cute vacation-appropriate wear. In other news, Ms Hudgens is in final negotiations to play the female lead in the upcoming “Journey 2: The Mysterious Island.” Vanessa will play a Pacific Islander who gets swept into a mysterious island adventure and ends up falling for film’s lead explorer, played by Josh Hutcherson. Vanessa Anne Hudgens made her screen debut in the 2003 drama film Thirteen as Noel. She next starred in the 2004 science-fiction-adventure film Thunderbirds. Hudgens' most prominent role was as Gabriella Montez in the High School Musical series. She earned critical acclaim for her role as Sa5m in the 2009 film Bandslam. Hudgens' debut album V was released on September 26, 2006. The album entered the Billboard 200 at number twenty four, and was later certified Gold. Hudgens released her second album, Identified, on July 1, 2008 in the U.S. After HSM, Vanessa branched out and played as Lindy in Beastly and Blondie in Sucker Punch. V went back to her theater roots and played the role of Mimi in the theater show, Rent. Vanessa's upcoming movies are Journey 2: The Mysterious Island where she plays Kailani alongside Josh Hutcherson, Gimme Shelter as Apple alongside Brendan Fraser, Frozen Ground as Cindy alongside Nicolas Cage and John Cusack, Spring Breakers alongside Selena Gomez and Emma Roberts. Vanessa is also the new Candie's Girl.

Why do you love Vanessa Hudgens?

She is my role model. HSM were like my only childhood memory. I was never hooked by Harry Potter, Lord of Rings, Star Wars, Teletubbies (?) ... I knew they existed but looked interesting to me. I don't even know that Teletubbies(?) existed until now that I am 16! I'll be honest. I'm more hooked with Zanessa than Vanessa alone. Even though they broke up I am still rooting for them. I am addicted to those two! Have you seen them look at each other? I sound hysterical. :p But really, it was the day that I believed that true love is still alive. They’re like my priority. Stalkerish? I don’t know. HAHAHA!
