Appearing on the Late Night With Jimmy Fallon show in New York, Vanessa grinned her head off as she promoted her new film Journey 2: The Mysterious Island. She has come a long way since her High School Musical days and Vanessa Hudgens proved that point once again. V wore a plunging dress for an appearance and despite the chilly temperatures in New York, the dark-haired star ensured all eyes were on her as she showed off her cleavage in the revealing gown. The Grecian-style dress fell to the floor and featured gathered detailing at the sides and spaghetti straps.      Gallery link: |

Vanessa Anne Hudgens made her screen debut in the 2003 drama film Thirteen as Noel. She next starred in the 2004 science-fiction-adventure film Thunderbirds. Hudgens' most prominent role was as Gabriella Montez in the High School Musical series. She earned critical acclaim for her role as Sa5m in the 2009 film Bandslam. Hudgens' debut album V was released on September 26, 2006. The album entered the Billboard 200 at number twenty four, and was later certified Gold. Hudgens released her second album, Identified, on July 1, 2008 in the U.S. After HSM, Vanessa branched out and played as Lindy in Beastly and Blondie in Sucker Punch. V went back to her theater roots and played the role of Mimi in the theater show, Rent. Vanessa's upcoming movies are Journey 2: The Mysterious Island where she plays Kailani alongside Josh Hutcherson, Gimme Shelter as Apple alongside Brendan Fraser, Frozen Ground as Cindy alongside Nicolas Cage and John Cusack, Spring Breakers alongside Selena Gomez and Emma Roberts. Vanessa is also the new Candie's Girl.
