Vanessa Hudgens hangs out with the Sucker Punch cast during their Moviefone Unscripted interview. During the Q&A session, Jena Malone asked Vanessa, 22, what she was thinking when she was firing the machine gun inside the helicopter. Vanessa shared, “It was so much fun shooting that because Zack [Snyder] was actually in the bomber plane with me, holding the camera and just shooting the stuff. He was just throwing things at me to say and they were all pretty foul! They were awesome and powerful. He was screaming it at me and getting me so riled up. I got so into it. My inner demon, crazy, Vanessa wild woman came out.” Sucker Punch is in theaters NOW. |

Vanessa Anne Hudgens made her screen debut in the 2003 drama film Thirteen as Noel. She next starred in the 2004 science-fiction-adventure film Thunderbirds. Hudgens' most prominent role was as Gabriella Montez in the High School Musical series. She earned critical acclaim for her role as Sa5m in the 2009 film Bandslam. Hudgens' debut album V was released on September 26, 2006. The album entered the Billboard 200 at number twenty four, and was later certified Gold. Hudgens released her second album, Identified, on July 1, 2008 in the U.S. After HSM, Vanessa branched out and played as Lindy in Beastly and Blondie in Sucker Punch. V went back to her theater roots and played the role of Mimi in the theater show, Rent. Vanessa's upcoming movies are Journey 2: The Mysterious Island where she plays Kailani alongside Josh Hutcherson, Gimme Shelter as Apple alongside Brendan Fraser, Frozen Ground as Cindy alongside Nicolas Cage and John Cusack, Spring Breakers alongside Selena Gomez and Emma Roberts. Vanessa is also the new Candie's Girl.
