Vanessa signs on to star in “Frozen Ground” |

 We are very proud to say that it has been confirmed that Vanessa has signed on to star opposite John Cusack and Nicholas Cage in “Frozen Ground”. The film is based on a true story of Alaskan serial killer Robert Hansen (played by John Cusack) and is slated for release at the end of 2012. Vanessa will play the one victim who actually managed to escaped from Hansen and who tries to bring him to justice. What other sort of film roles would you enjoy seeing Vanessa Hudgens play? |

Vanessa Anne Hudgens made her screen debut in the 2003 drama film Thirteen as Noel. She next starred in the 2004 science-fiction-adventure film Thunderbirds. Hudgens' most prominent role was as Gabriella Montez in the High School Musical series. She earned critical acclaim for her role as Sa5m in the 2009 film Bandslam. Hudgens' debut album V was released on September 26, 2006. The album entered the Billboard 200 at number twenty four, and was later certified Gold. Hudgens released her second album, Identified, on July 1, 2008 in the U.S. After HSM, Vanessa branched out and played as Lindy in Beastly and Blondie in Sucker Punch. V went back to her theater roots and played the role of Mimi in the theater show, Rent. Vanessa's upcoming movies are Journey 2: The Mysterious Island where she plays Kailani alongside Josh Hutcherson, Gimme Shelter as Apple alongside Brendan Fraser, Frozen Ground as Cindy alongside Nicolas Cage and John Cusack, Spring Breakers alongside Selena Gomez and Emma Roberts. Vanessa is also the new Candie's Girl.
